healthy diet and lifestyle, we would be more interested in solutions
that would help us remove all the cellulite.
How Do I Get Rid Of Cellulite?
Now
here's the million dollar question! Well, as the title of this article
mentioned the solution is a simple one. But don't be fooled by its
simplicity because you will see results within 48 hours. (You could also

Ideally,
you should do this activity on a weekend when you are home so that you
can concentrate solely on this. During these 2 days, you will be eating
only fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. Baked vegetables are OK but not
fried ones. Keep your intake of salt as low as possible - ideally, do
not consume any salt. Keep your body well hydrated all the time by
drinking fresh fruit juices and plenty of water. Drink a minimum of 8-10
glasses of water for each of these two days.
On both mornings
and evenings, go for a 15-30 minute speed walk. Don't worry about
anything. Just walk fast for 15-30 minutes in the morning and evening on
both these days. And finally, sleep for a minimum of 6-7 hours on the
nights prior to both these days. Yes, no Friday or Saturday night
parties if you are doing this on a weekend. That's it. Do this and you
